cancellation refund policy

All retainer fees and monies paid are non-refundable for any reason unless the Client cancels within 3 business days from paying initial retainer. A minimum of 90 Days notice will be required for cancellation or reschedule of any Contract by the Client. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 90 Days notice prior to the agreed upon service date will result in full payment due by the Client. All monies paid to photographer are non-refundable if the cancelation or reschedule is initiated by the Client.  If the cancellation or reschedule is initiated by the Photographer, all fees paid to the Photographer from the Client shall be fully refunded, INCLUDING the retainer fee. Refund shall be paid out within thirty (30) calendar days from the cancellation date.

Retainers paid may transfer to a different date (reschedule) one time without penalty with at least 90 days notice and assuming we are able to accommodate the new desired date.  If we are not available on your new date, your retainer is forfeited.
